How long do we retain personal data?
We retain data only as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, or for the duration required or permitted by applicable regulations. According to the Croatian Law on the Legal Profession, we are required to retain client, opposing party, and other related individuals’ data for at least 10 years from the final legal decision. Data received from job applicants is retained for 6 months. Data received from suppliers and business partners is retained until the expiration of legally prescribed periods or applicable limitation periods.
What rights do you have?
With regard to the personal data we collect and process, you have the following rights:
- The right to be informed about the processing of your data;
- The right to access your data;
- The right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and the right to transfer it to another data controller;
- The right to request correction of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data;
