Marko Praljak is an attorney with over 15 years of experience in the legal profession. Except for his legal expertise, Marko also has entrepreneurial experience.

After concluding his time as a trainee at the Law Firm Divjak, Topić & Bahtijarević, Marko founded the Law Office of Praljak & Svić together with his colleague and friend Marin Svić in 2010. As a team leader, he participated in numerous projects and advised clients as the principal legal advisor in many larger M&A projects. Alongside his focus on commercial law and legal support in the IT sector, Marko is active in matters of dispute resolution and represents clients in commercial law disputes.

In addition to advising local companies, Marko also works on transactions and deals with international elements, often cooperating with domestic and international law firms.

In his everyday work Marko uses the English language.
