Josipa Jurčić obtained a master's degree in law at the Faculty of Law University of Zagreb in 2013, and a bachelor's degree in economics at the Faculty of Economics University of Rijeka in 2011.

In 2014 she joined the Praljak & Svić law firm. Before joining our team, she worked as an in-house lawyer in one of the largest Croatian transport companies dealing with road freight in domestic and international traffic and was familiar with the specifics of the transport industry.

In 2016, Josipa passed the bar exam, and in 2018 she enrolled in the Croatian Bar Association as an attorney. In addition to working as an attorney at law, since 2018 Josipa has also been working as a bankruptcy trustee.

Josipa focuses on providing legal advice and services in insolvency law and restructuring, commercial and corporate law, and tax law from the perspective of the European Union. In her work, she combines knowledge acquired at the Faculty of Law and knowledge acquired at the Faculty of Economics in order to offer clients the most favorable, most economical and simplest solution to their problems.
